Our Information Security & Data Protection Office team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Makati City with the role of Program & Project Delivery Head.

In this role you will lead the overall delivery of approved programs and projects including its coordination and completion on time within budget and scope, as well as oversee all aspects of the projects such as setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring and summarizing progress of the project. You will have to organize management reports on program and project status.

What the role will entail

• Lead coordination with internal resources and stakeholders for successful project execution, as well as ensure on-time, within-scope, and within-budget delivery by managing resource availability and allocation.
• Enable the definition of project scope and objectives involving relevant stakeholders.
• Lead the development of detailed work and project plans to monitor and track progress.
• Lead changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques, as well as report and escalate to management as needed, ensuring transparency in project status.
• Lead the relationship with the client and all stakeholders, similarly establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps.
• Delegate project tasks based on team members' strengths and experience levels, as well as track project performance, analyze the successful completion of goals, and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.

What were looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in ICT, Computer Science or relevant degree
• Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification
• Extensive work experience in Security, preferably from the banking industry or similar environment
• At least 10 years of proven work experience in managing projects or programs in Information Security, Compliance, Technology audit, or a related field
• Strong working knowledge of office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Apps)
• Ability to analyze situations, challenges, and problems with perceptiveness and provide effective insights to address concerns
