Position Responsibilities
Contract & Procurement Support
- Help submit contract requests and purchase orders using tools like Ivalua and SNOW.
- Work with internal teams (Procurement, Finance, Legal, Risk) to support contract reviews and approvals.
- Assist with vendor quotes and basic negotiations.
- Support invoice submissions and ensure correct approvals are in place.
- Maintain simple reports for software contracts and help with post-contract activities like audits.
- Help IT teams keep Jira data clean and organized.
- Run basic data checks and flag any issues.
- Share reminders and tips with teams to improve data quality.
- Suggest improvements to make data management easier.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for IT staff.
- Help keep workforce data accurate and up to date.
- Assist with routine audits and collaborate with other teams to improve processes.
At least 1-3 years of experience
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of tools like Excel and the Microsoft Office suite
- A collaborative mindset and interest in IT operations or data support.
- Exposure to procurement or contract processes.
- Experience working with data or reporting tools.
- Interest in improving team workflows and systems.
