Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
3 years and above experience
Technological Platforms, Microsoft 365, Smartsheet, Programming
Knowledge
IT service management (ITIL v4), incident/problem/change, CMDB
Core infrastructure: LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS/DHCP, NAT, Wi-Fi, AD/Azure AD/Entra ID
Cloud platforms: AWS/Azure/GCP (networking, IAM, cost management, backup/DR)
Cybersecurity basics: ISO 27001/NIST CSF, patching, endpoint protection, MFA/SSO, DLP
End-user platforms: Windows/macOS, MDM (Intune/Jamf), Office 365/Google Workspace
DevOps/IaC fundamentals: CI/CD, Git, scripting, Terraform/ARM, container concepts
Data protection & resilience: backups, DR/BCP, RPO/RTO, logging/observability
Vendor/SaaS & licensing models, IT asset & software asset management (ITAM/SAM)
Skills
Project/portfolio management, road mapping, prioritization, delivery to scope/schedule
People leadership: coaching, performance management, hiring, delegation
Incident/problem management, RCA, post-mortems, MTTR reduction
Budgeting & cost optimization (FinOps), forecasting, chargeback/show back
Vendor evaluation, negotiation, contract/SLA management
Automation & scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python); task orchestration
Documentation & diagramming (SOPs, runbooks, Visio/Lucidchart/Draw.io)
KPI design & reporting (SLAs, uptime, availability, MTBF/MTTR), dashboarding
