IT Infrastructure Delivery Manager

What You Will Do

• Support changes and Projects to improve Infrastructure
• Manage outsource partners and vendors
• Finding new solutions and vendor on the market.
• Build cooperation between local teams and vendors
• Take active role in planned transition of the responsibility from external partners to local team
• Support architecture team and Infrastructure team in processes and solutions.
• Achieves reliability - getting systems back to steady-state as quickly as possible
• Work with SLI’s (Service Level Indicators)
• Architects for resiliency - informed architectural design decisions to build more reliable system
• Prepare data-driven initiatives about deploying new features or applications
• Eliminates toil – drive automation wherever possible
• Contributes to accelerate time to market by automating pipelines
• Plans projects and initiatives to continually improve and transform area
• Executes with excellence and high reliability
• Understands total cost to procure and operate, including CAPEX and OPEX
• Establish baseline targets based on company needs and/or industry benchmark
• Develops programs to optimize cost and maximize value
• Ensures business continuity and drives optimal disaster recovery program for defined scope
  
  

What You Need To Have

• At least 8 years proven track record of managing a sizeable IT infrastructure
• International experience of working in multiple countries
• Cloud experience
• Similar Tech Stack as Home credit: Virtualization, Oracle DB, Linux, Networking technologies
• Experience in Infrastructure / Platform
