Your Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented IT Helpdesk Engineer with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth IT operations within the organization.

As An IT Helpdesk Engineer, You Will

• Provide initial support for IT-related issues:
• Including troubleshooting hardware (Setting up new laptops and desktops, printer related issues)
• Software troubleshooting (eg. MS officesuite, Citrix Workspace), reinstalling operating system manually and by imaging.
• Network related issues troubleshooting by leveraging tools and commands.
• Pro-active and prompt address and resolve helpdesk tickets to ensure customer satisfaction by monitoring the ticket system.
• Must have the knowledge or experience to install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Assist with setting up and supporting user accounts, including Active Directory and Office 365.
• Document and summarize valuable support activities in the helpdesk ticketing system and upload it to our knowledgebase system.
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support or specialized teams when necessary.
• Conduct basic training sessions for end-users on IT systems and software.
• Maintain an inventory of IT assets and manage the procurement of new equipment.
• Collaborate with other IT team members on projects and initiatives to enhance IT services.
  

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• 1-3 years of experience in an IT helpdesk or technical support role. New graduates can apply.
• Must have basic knowledge or experience of hardware, software, and networking troubleshooting from basic to advanced issues.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Basic communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
