Position Summary
We are seeking a technically skilled and reliable IT Developer with helpdesk support experience to join our team onsite. This role combines web development with IT support, and requires someone who can deliver effective technical solutions while also providing prompt and hands-on assistance to end users.
The successful candidate will work onsite, Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and will play a key role in both maintaining in-house applications and ensuring that daily IT operations run smoothly.

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities
Web Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using PHP, Python, or .NET
- Work closely with internal teams to gather requirements and implement customized solutions
- Maintain and improve existing internal web tools for better performance and usability
- Debug, test, and deploy code updates and enhancements as needed
- Provide onsite Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Respond to and resolve issues in Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory, and SharePoint
- Set up and configure user workstations, accounts, access permissions, and basic network settings
- Handle hardware/software troubleshooting, installations, and updates
- Maintain and document support tickets, solutions, and procedures
- Create and maintain VBA scripts (primarily for Microsoft Excel/Office)
- Assist in automating repetitive IT support and business tasks to improve productivity
- 2+ years of experience in both web development and helpdesk or technical support roles
- Proficiency in one or more of the following languages: PHP, Python, or .NET
- Solid understanding of Windows OS, Office 365, and Active Directory environments
- Experience with VBA scripting for automation of Office tasks
- Familiarity with SharePoint (basic admin and content support)
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to work independently onsite
- A hands-on, diverse role that blends web development and IT operations
