Your Role:

As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving the progression and successful implementation of various technology projects within the IT team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that projects outlined in the Technology roadmap are executed efficiently and effectively. Leveraging your experience and expertise, you will provide guidance and course-correct project implementation as needed, while continuously assessing and enhancing the project delivery process for optimal performance

Key Responsibilities & Skills

Ø Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating technology projects by leveraging strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills to ensure tasks are completed on time and within scope.

Ø Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate with stakeholders using excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills to ensure their needs are addressed and projects are aligned with their requirements.

Ø Solution Implementation and Testing: Support the implementation of IT solutions and test them using analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure they meet specified requirements.

Ø Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with technology projects by employing critical thinking, risk assessment, and contingency planning skills.

Ø Process Improvement: Continuously assess and enhance the project delivery process for optimal performance by utilizing process improvement methodologies, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.

  • Technology / Digital / Automation awareness
  • Related professional certifications are a plus
