Those in IT operations support at PwC will focus on providing technical assistance and troubleshooting to provide smooth functioning of IT systems and non-cloud based infrastructure. Your role will focus on providing L1 and possibly L2 support.

The IT Asset Management Administrator is responsible for maintaining IT documentation, tracking assets and licenses, managing procurement workflows, and coordinating with vendors. This role ensures operational efficiency, compliance, and cost-effectiveness within the organization's IT operations.
Asset Management
- Maintain and update records of all IT equipment in the asset inventory system, including laptops, monitors, docking stations, peripherals, and network devices.
- Collaborate with Human Capital and Recruitment to align equipment logistics with employee onboarding and offboarding timelines.
- Maintain an organized record of all software licenses, track expiration dates, and coordinate timely renewals to ensure compliance and avoid service interruptions.
- Manage relationships with vendors by maintaining vendor records, overseeing contracts and renewals, and ensuring service quality through performance reviews.
- Evaluate new vendors for compliance and reliability.
- Manage the procurement of IT hardware, software, and services by evaluating needs, sourcing vendor quotes, and processing purchase orders.
- Coordinate with finance and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
- ServiceNow coordination between user and GTS specialists
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an IT Asset Management/Admin or in a similar role.
- Adept in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Intermediate research skills to assist with vendor sourcing and evaluation.
- Ability to independently interact and maintain good strong relationship with vendors.
- Must be open to work in a hybrid setup based in Makati City.
