  • Examines the work of invoicing/billing staff to ensure accuracy, resolving discrepancies as required
  • Liaising with the logistics department and ensuring that goods are dispatched on time
  • Create and maintaining P.O invoices
  • Check purchase order (P.O) number before processing of invoices

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years or 4 college graduate
  • Must have 1 year or 2 years experience in invoicing
  • Keen to details and highly organized
  • Can start immediately
  • Location: Brgy. Lapaz, Makati City
