Job Description

Invoice to Pay Global Track Owner II is responsible for ensuring successful transition to Esker invoice processing solution, including testing and support pre/during/post implementation for GFS Manila Accounts Payable Team. He / She assists the project manager in managing and monitoring Esker dashboards and assists the internal operations team with their issues and concerns. Perform testing for locations included in the project roll out plan, lead training for end users in GFS Manila, respond to user queries, and escalate issues for resolution. In addition, he/she will provide support, as may be required, to other GFS locations about queries and concerns.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Technical and Functional Expertise - Acts as second level back-up if volume of tickets and queries are high
  • Customer Satisfaction - Generate and/or create reports based on operations deliverables and present them to stakeholders.
  • Business Process Excellence - Identify opportunities for continuous process improvements so the operations can operate efficiently and effectively.
  • Internal Communication - Understands and seeks critical information and data needed by the team

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • At least 7.5 years combined experience in General Accounting with 5.5 extensive experience in Accounts Payable and 2 years of which was in system and applications

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • Competent knowledge of ERP applications (Oracle, SAP, JDE, any accounting system)
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
