Were seeking a detail-oriented Invoice Analyst to support our team with listings and sales data management, accounts payable entry in MYOB, market appraisal assistance, and CRM/database cleanup. This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

About The Role
Were seeking a detail-oriented Invoice Analyst to support our team with listings and sales data management, accounts payable entry in MYOB, market appraisal assistance, and CRM/database cleanup. This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable (MYOB)
- Perform accurate data entry of supplier invoices into MYOB.
- Reconcile the American Express Credit Cards.
- Enter and update New Listings property details into Box + Dice.
- Record Property Sales Details, including settlement dates, sale prices, buyer/vendor details, and agent notes into Box + Dice.
- Provide administrative backup for Market Appraisals.
- Provide administrative backup for Vendor Advertising Schedules.
- Perform regular CRM and database cleanup.
- Support other administrative duties as required by the team.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle confidential information with discretion.
