Job Description
- Manage customer programs, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client expectations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of customer deliverables.
- Monitor and report on program progress, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster trust and satisfaction.
- Develop strategies to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards within all program activities.
- Collaborate with the Procurement & Supply Chain team to optimize resources and achieve goals.
- Provide regular updates and insights to management on program performance.
A Successful Buyer Should Have
- Relevant educational background in business, supply chain, or a related field.
- Experience in the industrial and manufacturing industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
- Knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes.
