Job Description

  • Manage customer programs, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client expectations.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of customer deliverables.
  • Monitor and report on program progress, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster trust and satisfaction.
  • Develop strategies to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards within all program activities.
  • Collaborate with the Procurement & Supply Chain team to optimize resources and achieve goals.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to management on program performance.


The Successful Applicant

A Successful Buyer Should Have

  • Relevant educational background in business, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Experience in the industrial and manufacturing industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
  • Knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
