JOB OVERVIEW: As an Inventory Control Staff, they are tasked to maintain high level of inventory accuracy to create better management decisions and regularly evaluates and reports key inventory metrics for continuous operational improvements on their assigned branch.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains high level of accuracy across stores managed
- Accuracy of inventory vs % of sales
- Accuracy of inventory vs % of inventory (qty)
- Manage inventory losses due to item shrinkage
- Cleanse and monitors system documents and ensures they are closed timely.
- Performs and generates inventory reports
- Oversee regular cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy in inventory records
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance or equivalent
- Knowledge of supplies, equipment and/or services ordering and inventory control
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate level of knowledge in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in SAP an advantage.
