- Conduct audits of last-mile hubs to evaluate operational compliance with company finance policies and industry best practices.
- Analyze financial data, including reconciliation processes, to assess operational efficiency and financial performance.
- Work closely with Hub Leads, Coordinators, and other stakeholders to gain insights into operational challenges and risks.
- Develop clear, concise, and actionable audit reports, summarizing findings and providing recommendations for improvements.
- Present audit results to management, providing professional insights and strategies for mitigating risks and improving controls.
- Ensure that hub operations comply with company policies, legal requirements, and best practices.
- Travel frequently to various last-mile hub locations to perform on-site audits and collect necessary data.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in auditing or logistics
- Experience with reconciliation processes in e-commerce or the financial industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google suite of products for data analysis and report generation.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Highly proactive, self-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Physically fit and able to handle the demands of extensive travel across the Philippines.
- Able to adapt to various environments and work effectively under pressure.
