About the role
Join Golden Century Marketing as an Internal Audit Staff based in Cagayan de Oro Misamis Oriental. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the company's operational controls.
What you'll be doing
- Perform internal audits to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's systems, processes, and controls
- Analyse operational data to identify potential risks and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement audit recommendations and monitor corrective actions
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in internal auditing
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with audit software and data analysis tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
