Intern, Vendor Operations

About The Opportunity

• You will be the first point of contact for foodpanda’s partnered vendors
• You will assist the team in conducting daily call check-ins with foodpanda vendors and document gathered information
• You will communicate with foodpanda vendors to investigate and resolve any issues that are hindering their day-to-day operations
• You will also be involved in the rollout of vendor content enrichment and optimization initiatives with our partner vendors
  
  

What You Need To Be Successful

• Must be an academic requirement and can render at least 200+ hours
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills and must have a customer-oriented mindset
• Active listening, conflict management and resolution skills
• Experience in communication-focused roles is highly preferred
• Knowledge in MS Excel is also preferred
