• Currently enrolled in Human Resource Management, Psychology and or any related discipline
• Keen on details, with a strong sense of initiative and accountability
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly in Excel
• With above average communication skills

• Assist with onboarding logistics process
• Provide support in overall hiring process such as but not limited to sourcing, interviewing, endorsement, coordinating interviews, etc.
• Assist to encode applicant monitoring list and identified candidates
• Assist in performing administrative tasks related to recruitment and onboarding.
• Assist to replenish TA forms / documents for photocopy
• Assist in collection of pre-employment requirements / 201 filing
• Other duties as assigned
