Job Description
Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service. Rotates through our divisions of responsibility and provides ideas to grow and improve the business. Accepts designated, business-focus projects to research, propose ideas and solutions, and present final project during the internship. Learns and becomes proficient on internal software systems.
The Program aims to equip graduating students with the following skills which are essential for success in the Traffic Manager and/or One Globe Ambassador roles (function).

- Product Knowledge: A deep understanding of the Globe’s products and services to effectively address customer inquiries and provide tailored recommendations.
- Digital Literacy: Competence in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, Point of Sale (POS) systems, and online platforms to manage customer interactions and transactions efficiently.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly and engage with customers effectively.
- Empathy: The ability to understand and share the feelings of customers, fostering trust and rapport.
- Active Listening: Attentiveness to customer needs and concerns, ensuring accurate responses and solutions.
- Analytical Thinking: Capability to assess situations, identify issues, and develop effective solutions promptly.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to handle diverse customer personalities and situations, adjusting approaches as necessary.
