This role is responsible for driving strategic initiatives, including corporate planning, mergers and acquisitions, capital funding, and the development of strategic partnerships. The individual will work closely with top executives to ensure all initiatives align with the company’s vision and overarching business objectives.
Your Responsibilities
Strategic Planning
- Spearhead the formulation and rollout of strategic initiatives that promote business growth, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ensure strategic plans align with organizational goals and priorities.
- Coordinate effectively with multiple departments to drive execution and accountability.
- Manage the end-to-end M&A lifecycle—from opportunity identification and evaluation to due diligence and post-merger integration.
- Source and assess acquisition or investment opportunities that enhance the company's offerings and market reach.
- Conduct thorough financial and operational assessments and support negotiations to finalize transactions.
- Partner with Finance and Investor Relations teams to develop funding strategies via equity, debt instruments, or strategic partnerships.
- Optimize capital allocation to ensure resources support high-impact projects.
- Contribute to financial modeling and deal structuring for new business ventures.
- Identify and pursue joint ventures, alliances, and other collaborative opportunities that support competitive growth.
- Foster and manage strong relationships with key external partners and stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate existing partnerships to ensure value alignment and performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Master’s degree (MBA or similar) is preferred.
- At least 5-10 years of experience in strategy, corporate development, business consulting, or investment banking.
- Proven success in leading M&A projects, capital structuring, and strategic growth initiatives.
- Track record of effective collaboration with executive leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Strong capabilities in financial analysis, valuation, and transaction structuring.
- In-depth knowledge of capital markets, investment strategies, and business modeling.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and analytics or BI platforms.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong decision-making and stakeholder management abilities.
