Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Engineering intern for an on-the-job training program. This is an opportunity for students to gain practical experience in process optimization, workflow documentation, and collaborative problem-solving within a dynamic environment. The intern will work closely with our teams to analyze existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to the development of more efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various teams to create comprehensive process maps and document current workflows.
• Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and propose optimized solutions.
• Assist in the implementation of new processes and systems to improve operational efficiency.
• Support the team in data collection and analysis to inform process improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and present findings, recommendations, and progress reports to stakeholders.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a major in Industrial Engineering.
• Proficient in process flow mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Google Diagram) and other applications such as Microsoft Office and Google Apps.
• Capable of collaborating effectively with teams to create process maps, document current workflows, and propose optimized solutions.
• Possess excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrate strong time management and organizational abilities.
