We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic People & Culture Intern to support our People & Culture team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative tasks.

About the role
- Assist in job postings and managing applications.
- Updating the status of each candidate pipelines
- Help prepare onboarding materials and welcome packets
- Maintain and updated employee records and databases
- Assist in preparing HR reports and documents
- Participate on planning and execution of engagement activities
- Prepare and send out email reminders and announcements
- Preparing gate passes for pull-out and delivery
- Update the facilities inventory
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior internship or volunteer experience in HR or related fields is a plus but not mandatory.
- Detail-oriented with strong time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
