As a Sales Agent, You Will
- Outbound calling to a list of clients to discuss usage of products and services, with the goal of increasing customers’ comfort level with the product and driving increased product usage
- Utilize a Consultative Selling Approach to position the client as a competitive advantage to prospective customers
- Resolve customer concerns, inquiries, and queries in accordance with defined guidelines, processes, and performance metrics
- Demonstrate ongoing efforts to achieve or exceed expectations by meeting daily, weekly, and/or monthly performance targets
- Ensure all leads are actioned within the company’s defined guidelines
- Deliver daily and weekly reports as required
- Take full accountability for any necessary follow-up actions on behalf of the customer
- Stay current with industry trends and market conditions to position the client as a value-added provider
Non-negotiables
- Working experience in sales, primarily outbound sales; at least 1 year of inbound sales experience
- Preferably with work experience in the BPO or KPO industry
- Experience in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment is essential
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized
- Hardworking and trainable
- Pleasing and outgoing personality
- Willing to work in a graveyard or shifting schedules
