As an Intermediate Drafter, you will:
- Produce precise shop drawings and cladding fabrication tickets for the Gridworx system.
- Expand knowledge of system applications, engineering submittals, wind load considerations, and cladding performance.
- Interpret complete architectural drawing sets and identify the scope for Gridworx systems.
- Perform accurate material quantity take-offs and hardware counts based on architectural plans.
- Collaborate with the operations team to prepare quotes and ensure accurate material tracking for installation.
- Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in all drawings and technical documentation.
Non-negotiables
- Minimum 2 years of Architectural Drafting experience.
- Proficient in the latest version of AutoCAD.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Proficient in Bluebeam Revu for markup and plan review.
- Strong ability to read and interpret architectural plans.
- Understands both Metric and Imperial measurement systems.
- Solid grasp of architectural terminology and construction documentation.
