We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager to lead engineering projects with precision and excellence. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in project management methodologies, engineering processes, and team leadership to ensure successful project delivery while meeting client expectations.

What You'll Do

Lead and manage multiple engineering projects from initiation through completion

Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring adherence to quality standards

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and stakeholder satisfaction

Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project objectives are met

Prepare regular status reports for stakeholders outlining progress, issues, and solutions

Mentor junior project managers and support their professional development

What We’re Looking For

• Obtain bachelor’s degree in engineering field from a reputable college or university and possessing a valid PRC licensed or its equivalent.
• At least possess combined 15 years of project and construction management experience on real estate development particularly vertical and horizontal types of developments.
• 5+ years of experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment.
• Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple business and technology organizations.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence.
• Build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus and achieve objectives.
• Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands.
• Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint with experience presenting to stakeholders and / or Senior Leadership.
• Experience negotiating vendor contracts.
• Experience submitting budget proposals and recommending subsequent budget changes where necessary.
• Experience in successfully leading projects and programs to on-time, on-schedule, on-quality and on- budget.
• Experience working both independently and in team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Flexible with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Must be able to learn, understand and apply new technologies.
