ROLE OVERVIEW
- Records Maintenance: Be responsible for administrative tasks such as physical maintenance of the records inventory, database updating, calendar management and other related tasks for the proper maintenance of the various Intellectual Property of the company
- Assist in the maintenance requirements of Trademarks and Patents in the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IPO)
- Coordination: Provide assistance in coordinating with the different partners for necessary documents/ requirements to protect IP assets
- Assist in other matters, as needed in the department
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of any Bachelor's degree
- With at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in Intellectual Property or Legal Admin
- Good written and oral English communication skills, ability to build strong working relationships, ability to build good personnel relations
