Your Role

As a Insurance Operations Analyst, you will process moderately complex insurance tasks, perform auditing and trouble-shooting, deliver training, and be responsible for meeting quality, quantity, and time deadlines. Communicate with the client via email. Report operation problems and propose solutions to achieve operation optimization.

Processing - 60%

• Operate a variety of client systems and process moderately complex tasks and activities without supervision. Follow ReSource Pro’s Information Security policies/guidelines, as well as the client’s security requirements, policies, and practices that are provided to ReSource Pro and information security requirements.
  
  

Operation Optimization - 10%

• Report operation problems and propose solutions.
• Optimize established procedures.
• Assist with output conversion.
  
  

Customer Experience - 10%

• Communicate with the client via email with minimal supervision.
• Respond to the client promptly and report issues to the supervisor in a timely manner.
  
  

Auditing and Trouble-shooting - 10%

• Implement the audit plan, run the audit report and identify the performance gap.
• Perform timely trouble-shooting.
  
  

Training - 5%

• Set up an individual training plan and deliver training.
  
  

Others - 5%

• Generate and analyze the data and report.
• Assist with a new task on-boarding.
  
  

What You Need

• More than one year experience
• Typing skills
• Client System Operation skills
• MS Office skills
• Email reading and writing skills
• Problem solving skills
• Training skills" Insurance Level 1; OPEX Level 1 Work in accordance with applicable information security policies, processes, and procedures constituting the Information Security Management System of ReSource Pro.
