Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer support.
Key Duties
- Respond promptly to customer emails, ensuring swift resolution of inquiries.
- Conduct follow-ups with insurance providers to ensure seamless communication and accurate information.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy in all documentation and customer interactions.
- Provide email support to customers, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Will take calls to clients.
- Company-provided laptop and extra monitor
- Above the Industry standard HMO for you and 1 dependent and extended dependents— with up to PHP 200,000 coverage, private room access, and PHP 10,000 meds reimbursement.
