The Instrumentation Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting instruments that measure and control pressure, flow, temperature, level and the like, within the manufacturing plant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair process instruments
- Calibrate and troubleshoot instruments using test equipment
- Read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Instrumentation/ Mechatronics/ Industrial Electricity/ Electronics Technology or related course
- Relevant experience in PLC, DCS and pneumatics.in manufacturing plant is an advantage
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical principles
- Ability to use hand tools and test equipment
- must be willing to render work on a shifting schedule basis and during holidays
