Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all materials comply with training organization guidelines and compliance
- Ensure training materials are developed in accordance with and alignment to Ab2 Brand Guidelines.
- Ensure appropriate writing styles are utilized to ensure content is easy to understand for the target audience.
- Comply with effectiveness and engagement metrics to ensure programs are meeting learning outcomes and business objectives.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, or related field is required.
- 2+ years in instructional design, curriculum development, and e-learning.
- Proficient in e-learning tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate), LMS, SCORM/AICC standards, and multimedia design software (Adobe Creative Suite).
- Experience in learning principles, instructional design models, and creating storyboards and prototypes.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, collaboration with stakeholders, and conducting needs assessments.
- Experience in developing multimedia, preferably for learning applications.
- Graphic Design
- Competence in creating infographics using tools like Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Canva.
- Understanding of how visual aides can simplify complex information.
- Video Production and Editing
- Expertise in capturing screen recordings and editing video clips.
- Ability to add effects such as transitions, lower thirds, overlays, graphics, animation, etc.
- Ability to add annotations and captions to videos for accessibility.
