Led by a certified wine sommelier, they create exceptional experiences for high-end weddings, corporate events, and intimate celebrations. They pride themselves on crafting bespoke cocktails and curating wine selections, ensuring every event is both effortless and unforgettable.

Why this role exists
We're seeking an Inside Sales Representative to be the first point of contact for potential clients, managing the entire sales cycle from initial inquiry to contract signing. This role is crucial in maintaining our high standards of client communication while efficiently managing our growing demand for luxury mobile bartending services.

The Impact you’ll make

Sales Pipeline Management

  • Respond promptly to incoming leads via email and phone

  • Guide potential clients through the service inquiry process

  • Manage the contract distribution and signing process


Client Relations

  • Maintain professional communication with potential clients

  • Schedule and coordinate initial consultations

  • Manage calendar appointments for client meetings


Database Administration

  • Maintain accurate client records in GoHighLevel CRM

  • Track sales pipeline and lead status

  • Update client information and interaction history


Marketing Support

  • Assist with Facebook and Instagram content management

  • Support social media advertising initiatives

  • Maintain brand consistency in all communications



Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required:

  • Minimum 1 year of inside sales or customer service experience

  • Proficiency with CRM systems (GoHighLevel experience a plus)

  • Experience in the luxury service industry or high-end customer service

  • Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • WFH Set-Up:

    • Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.

    • Internet speed of at least 40MBPS

    • Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam

    • Back-up computer and internet connection

    • Quiet, dedicated workspace at home

What to expect...


Work Setup:

  • Remote position

  • Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

  • Required to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating system


Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 1 PM to 5 PM CST (Central Standard Time)

  • 20 hours a week


Compensation:

  • $5 per hour

  • No benefits package included
