What You Will Do

Team/Product Description

As part of the GTA, you are given the exciting opportunity to collaborate with our Talent Engagement and Attraction Team to create and maintain Talent Pool for the organization.

• Provide administrative and logistical support for interview scheduling, coordinating with candidates, hiring managers and third-party agencies as required
• Provide high-level support to recruiters, ensuring that the best recruitment is provided to both candidates and hiring managers
• Handle the applicant tracking system for job postings, reviewing/screening applicants and creating offer letters, and assess their on-boarding process including facilitating background checks
  
  

What We Expect

• At least 2 years of experience in a corporate or agency TA team.
• Experience using Social Media tools, ATS/CRM Systems, Sourcing strategies (e.g. AIRS).
• Ability to launch and sustain talent pipelining programs through gaining key sourcing intelligence, optimally converting passive candidates and applying diverse sourcing channels.
• Demonstrated ability to use e-recruitment and web technologies to support Talent Selection including, but not limited to applicant tracking systems, CRM technologies, social and digital media.
• Strong analytic skills, with passion for research, data, and a creative approach to sourcing.
