Infrastructure Advisory - Finance Associate

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Support: Assist in the development and implementation of analytical and data-driven strategies for infrastructure advisory services.
• Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models for project financing and evaluation of infrastructure projects.
• Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research and compile relevant data and statistics for various industry sectors to support robust financial analysis.
• Proposal Preparation: Aid in the preparation of government bidding documents and other proposal materials, ensuring accuracy and compliance with requirements.
• Document Drafting: Draft key documents, including information memoranda, project briefs, presentation materials, and industry analyses, maintaining high standards of quality and detail.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the advisory team to provide seamless support throughout the financial advisory process, contributing to a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related field.
• Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to work with high accuracy and meticulous attention to detail, even in fast-paced environments.
• Industry Experience: Preferably 1-2 years of relevant industry experience, including internships.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, or similar tools and applications.
• Interest in Infrastructure: Genuine interest in infrastructure projects and familiarity with current government policies.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts clearly and effectively.
• Analytical Capabilities: Solid analytical and financial evaluation capabilities, with a track record of producing high-quality work.
