The Information Security Officer will play a crucial role in supporting the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) or Information Security Head in ensuring the organization's information security practices and compliance with regulatory requirements. The role involves conducting risk assessments, monitoring and evaluating information security incidents, coordinating vulnerability assessments and penetration testing, and maintaining information security policies and procedures. Additionally, the Information Security Officer will contribute to the development of an information security culture across the organization through education programs and awareness initiatives.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in information security, risk management, or a related field. Experience in conducting risk assessments, managing information security incidents, and implementing security controls is preferred.
- Knowledge of Information Security Standards. Strong understanding of information security standards, frameworks, and best practices such as ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, or COBIT.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in performing vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and evaluating security controls. Familiarity with network and system security, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and security information and event management (SIEM) tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess and mitigate information security risks. Ability to analyze security incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend appropriate remedial actions.
- Communication and Collaboration. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide security guidance and support.
- Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 44 hours weekly;
- Working Setup: Hybrid, mostly work at home.
