Role Overview

• Manages and tracks the division's budget, ensuring expenditures stay within allocated limits
• Works closely with the finance team to prepare budget forecasts, monitor ongoing costs, and reconcile any discrepancies
• Assists the security operations team in tracking and resolving the task / tickets raised on a 24x7 basis by monitoring and ensuring tickets are followed up and pushed up to resolution
• Provides regular updates to stakeholders on the status of open tickets and assist with escalating issues that require urgent attention
• Delivers regular reporting initiatives on the security operations programs and task
• Supports the planning and execution of projects by coordinating tasks, resources, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery
• Manages proof of concept and prod deployment evaluations of the different tools that the company will be acquiring
• Assists project managers in maintaining project documentation, including project plans, budgets, and schedules
• Helps manage project communication, ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed and involved as necessary
• Organizes and facilitates project meetings, ensuring that action items are captured and followed up on
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred
• Minimum of 2-3 years of administrative experience, preferably in a fast-paced or corporate environment. Experience in project management, budget management, or customer service support is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
