Responsibilities
- Data Entry & Validation: Assist in inputting, reviewing, and correcting data across various systems.
- Document Organization: Help manage and organize unstructured documents, such as reports, contracts, and SOPs.
- Data Integration Support: Collaborate with senior team members to compile and make accessible data from various sources.
- Compliance Assistance: Support efforts to maintain data security and adherence to privacy policies.
- Metadata Tagging: Assist in maintaining data definitions, categorizing information, and tracking data sources for better understanding.
- Quality Monitoring: Perform routine checks to ensure the consistency, accuracy, and completeness of data records.
- 3–5 years of experience in information management, records management, or data governance roles.
- At least 1–2 years of supervisory or team lead experience.
- Strong knowledge of information governance frameworks, document control, and data security best practices.
- Familiarity with document management systems (e.g., SharePoint, OpenText, Laserfiche) and database management tools.
