Influencer Support Associate for Awesome CX by Transcom - Davao City


We are looking for help managing our influencer program in a few ways including

helping to manage our influencer management platform (Superfiliate) and doing

influencer outreach


Join our Awesome CX by Transcom Family as an Influencer Support Associate


  • Creating lists of influencers in the health and wellness space include name, Instagram handle, contact info and number of followers
  • Reaching out to influencers to send them Magna product and join our influencer program
  • Helping with product orders. They will do this via email and through our Superfiliate platform.
  • Other support: Wholesale - We just launched our wholesale program where gyms, studios and health practitioners are able to buy Magna and sell it at their business.

This person would also help support:

  • Creating lists of gyms, studios and health practitioners to email about the program
  • Ordering product to these places of business
  • Managing responses to our wholesale program


What we are looking for:

To be successful in this role you must…


  • 2-5 years experience in CX, communications and/or marketing
  • 1-2 years experience working with influencers
  • Personal interest in health and wellness
  • Expert communicator and writer
  • Proficient using these tools: Word, Excel and Gmail
