What You'll Do
- Own and scale the APAC influencer marketing strategy, aligned with global brand direction and local market needs
- Drive ROI- and ROAS-positive influencer programs supporting growth, awareness, and performance goals
- Partner with and guide local market teams to ensure best-in-class, consistent execution across APAC
- Build strategic, long-term creator partnerships that deliver commercial and brand impact
- Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, performance, social, and e-commerce teams on integrated, data-driven campaigns
Who We're Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience in influencer, performance, or digital marketing (regional or multi-market experience preferred)
- Strong performance and analytics mindset, with hands-on experience using CPA, ROAS, and revenue attribution
- Proven ability to own influencer marketing performance end-to-end at a strategic level
- High ownership, strong stakeholder management skills, and comfort working in fast-paced environments
