Job Description
- Manage the seller-sponsored affiliate program for Shopee’s registered Influencer Affiliates;
- Regularly review and suggest program initiatives to hit program KPIs;
- Analyze program performance and suggest program improvement plans via data-driven strategies;
- Work closely with other Influencer Management and Shopee Seller teams for internal collaborations;
- Keep updated on Influencer industry trends and advancements to ensure program-related executions remain up-to-date and effective.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or any related field;
- At least 5-6 years of experience in Influencer/Creator Marketing or PR, Social Media Management;
- Prior experience in eCommerce and Affiliate Marketing preferred;
- Must have a solid understanding of PH influencer behaviors;
- Excellent communication skills; must be proficient in both Filipino & English;
- Able to work independently and with a team;
- A data-driven & analytical thinker;
- Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment.
