Duties & Responsibilities:

• Direct and coordinate daily operations of the manufacturing plant.

• Oversee all staff activity and performance

• Develop processes to increase productivity and enhance performance

• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed at all times

• Responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping

• Allocate resources effectively

• Prepare plans and budgets using various forecasting models

• Determine KPIs and measure them on a regular basis

• Ensure smooth daily operations

• Adhere to company's rules and regulations

• Stay up to date with latest production trends, best practices and technology

Qualifications:

• BS industrial engineer graduate.

• Experience in handling people

• Preferably with experience in Manufacturing
