Role Overview:
We’re hiring an Executive Virtual Assistant to directly support our CEO with key operational, communication, and administrative tasks. You’ll play a vital role in keeping things moving, staying ahead of schedules, and helping the CEO focus on what matters most. This role demands high reliability, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage CEO’s calendar and inbox with efficiency and discretion
Draft and follow up on key communications with clients, partners, and vendors
Prepare and track invoices and basic financial documents
Maintain and update project reports using Google Sheets and similar tools
Track tasks and progress in Asana or similar platforms
Keep professional and personal contact lists organized and current
Prioritize tasks, flag time-sensitive matters, and ensure deadlines are met
Coordinate travel, bookings, and other logistics as needed
Send reminders and follow-ups to support workflow and momentum
Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all communications and records
Mandatory Requirements:
Excellent command of English (written and verbal)
Experience in email/calendar management and report tracking
Previous role as an Executive or Personal Assistant
Strong time management and attention to detail
Proactive, dependable, and able to work independently
Trusted to handle confidential information and executive-level communication
Preferred Skills:
Familiar with Google Workspace, Asana, and productivity tools
Comfortable communicating with high-level contacts
Alignment with mission-driven and growth-oriented work
