Imports Planning and Supply Chain Regulatory Compliance Executive(Makati City)

About the role

Join Business Trends Philippines as an Imports Planning and Regulatory Affairs Compliance Executive based in Makati City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws related to the importation of pharmaceutical and medical devices products.

The Imports Planning & Trade Compliance Executive will deal with end to end imports requirements, ensuring regulatory-related affairs are compliant with FDA regulations. Qualified candidate will act as the key liaison amongst MH Global Maison’s, 3PL, Regional Supply Chain Team, and Local Market. Qualified candidate will also provide the company visibility on all status of Imports related items (Product Registration Document Tracking/ Inventory / In Transit / Stock Coverage / etc.)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. IMPORTS PLANNING

• End to end supply chain project management of all SKU Transitions / Switches / New Products when it comes to dealing with local / regional / global stakeholders.
• Gathering of all requirements for FDA Regulatory (Trade and Compliance) coming from Maison / Global counterparts
• Provides timely updates with regards to CPR’s / Product registration statuses
• Coordinates with regional supply chain in order to facilitate a smooth supply chain process for imports
• Work with regional and local supply chain to manage and update SKU switches / transitions.
• Work with Warehouse and Customs for release and delivery if imports
• Supports the Supply Chain Head in maintaining forecast / inventory of imports.
• Other activities related to imports planning management.

1. REGULATORY (TRADE & COMPLIANCE)

• Handles Application and annual renewal of the
  • Company’s CPR’s / Product Registration
  • License to Operate
  • Other regulatory and imports documentations
• Manages submission of all technical documents (initial, renewal, and revision) to respective regulatory agencies
• Notifies FDA in cases of changes made with the product and the status of the business such as change of address, change of supplier, change of products distributed, etc.
• Checks specifications labels and ingredients based on labelling requirements
• Key Representative for all regulatory / trade / compliance needs of MHPI

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in a global/regional setting, collaborating with colleagues across different regions. Strong interpersonal skills to cooperate effectively with global, regional, and local market counterparts.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial engineering / Business Administration / Supply Chain Management or any related field.
• Minimum of 2-5 years in a regulatory affair / / supply chain imports planning
• Exposure in regulatory / project management / supply chain planning with global / regional / local work environment
• Competence in dealing with stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
• Detail Oriented / Team Player / Fluency in English
