Role Pitch Our rapidly expanding Implementation team is currently seeking experienced Implementation Consultants in the Philippines to take the next step in their careers and embrace a genuine opportunity to support our growth in the APAC region.
This role is pivotal in client interaction, serving as the primary point of contact for payroll-related queries throughout the implementation process. As an Implementation Consultant, you'll spearhead the implementation and processing of payroll, working closely with project teams to onboard new clients onto the CloudPay platform.
In collaboration with Project Managers, you'll play a crucial role in requirements analysis, payroll system configuration, and testing. This client-facing position demands high visibility and responsiveness, ensuring timely resolution of payroll queries as they arise during the implementation lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include:
- Work closely with Project Managers and will be responsible for performing requirements analysis, payroll system configuration and testing (ensures that testing of development work is thorough and is signed off by clients)
- Responsible for transitioning newly implemented projects to the Regional Operations team by documenting the “payroll transition manual” specific to each implementation and shadowing the Operations team during the project stabilization period
- High visibility client facing role which requires acting as the client’s main point of contact for payroll specific queries arising at any point of time during the implementation life cycle
- Quality of information provided as well as to perform gap analysis between the client’s current payroll and CloudPay’s payroll platform
- Identification of key payroll processes and documentation thereof for Operations
- Ensuring the payroll review processes are followed and parallels and handover documents are signed off
- Understanding of payroll is a must in order to be able to review and validate client’s payroll details for completeness
- Strong inter-personal skills with the ability to articulate and document client requirements as this role would frequently act as the conduit between client user group and IT Engineering (development & testing) teams
- Payroll processing experience or payroll implementation experience is a must
- Payroll processing or implementation experience for APAC would be a plus
- High degree of competence with MS Office suite i.e. Excel, Word
- Experience or understanding of different payroll platforms like Workday, Success Factors, Peoplesoft, Sage
- Excellent time management, administration skills and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills to meet deadlines
- Team player with ability to share information and interact positively with others
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with assertive action and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of different international payrolls and statutory requirements is an advantage
