Your Role

As an Identity and Access Management Engineer, you will:

• Design & Implement IAM Solutions: Develop, deploy, and manage IAM solutions, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Identity Federation, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
• User Access Management: Administer user accounts, roles, permissions, and entitlements. Ensure proper user access controls are in place across systems and applications.
• Policy Creation & Enforcement: Develop and enforce IAM policies and procedures to comply with security frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• System Integration: Integrate IAM solutions with third-party applications and internal systems to ensure seamless and secure access.
• Identity Lifecycle Management: Oversee the user identity lifecycle from onboarding, role changes, and offboarding. Implement automation where possible to streamline processes.
• Audit & Compliance: Conduct regular audits and assessments of user access rights to ensure compliance with security policies and standards. Assist in reporting and documentation for compliance reviews.
• Incident Response & Support: Investigate and resolve IAM-related security incidents. Provide technical support to internal teams regarding IAM-related issues.
• Automation & Optimization: Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve IAM processes and reduce manual effort.
• Collaboration & Training: Work closely with other IT teams, HR, and security departments to ensure best practices in IAM are followed. Provide training and guidance to staff on IAM tools and procedures.
  
  

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• 3+ years of experience in IAM, including tools like Okta, Azure AD, and Active Directory.
• Knowledge of security best practices, MFA, SSO, and IAM protocols (SAML, OAuth).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  
  

Preferred skills/expertise

• IAM certifications (e.g., CIAM, CISSP).
