Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and translating them into technical solutions.

Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and translating them into technical solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Design and develop applications using IBM InfoSphere DataStage.
- Implement data integration solutions to meet business needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in applications.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members.
- Install/uninstall and configure datastage client and server (windows and linux)
- Install datastage related application patches/upgrades
- Migrate datastage objects to dev, staging and production
- Perform application performance tuning/configuration
- Troubleshoot performance, configuration and installation related issues
- Add/delete/edit datastage users, roles and groups
- Work with Vendor (IBM) for product related issues/concerns/inquiries
- Basic Unix Knowledge and Scripting
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in IBM InfoSphere DataStage.
- Strong understanding of data integration concepts and techniques.
- Experience in designing and developing data integration solutions.
- Knowledge of ETL processes and best practices.
- Familiarity with data warehousing principles and methodologies.
- The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in IBM InfoSphere DataStage.
- This position is based at our Manila office.
