The Controllership team is a key part of the broader Vista Finance organization and is responsible for the global accounting operations, accuracy of periodic financial results, financial policy, compliance, and control for all of Vista. This position forms part of the Accounts payable function within the Controllership whose focus is to provide procure-to-pay and related services to the global regional teams.


We are looking for a dynamic team player who is eager to learn the ins and outs of the procure-to-pay function and to help the team to drive excellency in their service provided.


What You Will Do
:


Vendor Master Data Maintenance:

  • Perform regulatory and vendor due diligence check based on established processes and tools.
  • Responsible for creation and maintenance of master data in the system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Implement and enforce data governance policies and procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to controls in the creation, and maintenance of master data.
  • Safeguard security and privacy of master data handled.
  • Involvement on master data related projects (clean-up, governance, etc).
  • Prepare Master Data information for internal use and external auditors as requested
  • Perform ad-hoc duties or reporting as required


Accounts Payable Processing Support:

  • Extract invoices for processing, identify coding for non-PO invoices (freight), and route them for approval
  • Assist in Accounts Payable reporting and dashboard
  • Perform Quality Check on invoice posting
  • Review and process employee reimbursement expenses

  • Graduate in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor’s Degree or any equivalent)
  • Preferably at least 1-year experience in Accounts Payable function
  • Ability to maintain high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial information
  • Ability to work under pressure and plan / prioritize workload
  • Intermediate/high level of English (spoken and written)
  • Experience with SAP or other major ERP system is a plus
  • Ability to work shift hours / working hours adapted to other time zones
