IAG Solutions - Business Analyst
He/She will be part of a dedicated Identity development team. In this position, he/she will be in charge of gathering the business requirements and translating them to technical requirements, configuring, customizing Sailpoint Identity IIQ or ISC to support the delivery of our Identity and Access project.
As the IAG Solutions - Business Analyst, you will:
- Deploy and maintain the Sailpoint Identity solution, ensuring robust provisioning processes without impacting business continuity.
- Identify business requirements and standardize their integration into existing JTI provisioning processes, converting them into technical specifications and SailPoint design solutions.
- Collaborate with the Authorization team to ensure proper access provisioning and develop User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios, integrating them into regression tests as needed.
- Troubleshoot complex issues, identify root causes, and adjust configurations to resolve issues.
- Maintain and expand knowledge according to group standards, share new information with team members, and contribute to the improvement process by suggesting updates to the Knowledge Base and procedures.
- Adhere to internal department schedules and align with JTI Policies & Procedures, internal processes, SLAs, IT policies, and JSOX controls.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT Development (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience with end-to-end IAM solutions (Sailpoint Identity IQ) or Java/Beanshell development (nice-to-have)
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency
- Professional certification in security (Java/Beanshell knowledge and SQL basics are a plus)
- Strong expertise in Sailpoint (IIQ or ISC) development, including workflows, connectors, identity management, rules, tasks, roles, and custom reports
- Innovative and analytical thinker
- Business analysis and technical translation: Engage with stakeholders, understand requirements, translate them into technical specs, create UAT scenarios, and coordinate with the business
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Authorization team for proper access provisioning
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience (a plus)
- Understanding of SAP user master data and provisioning (a plus)
