Job Summary: The Accounts Payable/Receivable Analyst’s pivotal role involves managing financial transactions, optimizing processes, and ensuring precise payments. Their expertise directly contributes to our organization’s growth and financial well being while building higher level skills and receiving moderate guidance. Responsibilities: Process Optimization:

  • Streamline AP/AR workflows for efficiency.
  • Implement automation solutions to enhance accuracy. Financial Analysis:
  • Analyze data to identify trends and cost saving opportunities.
  • Evaluate credit risk and payment terms. Leadership and Mentorship:
  • Mentor junior analysts.
  • Collaborate cross functionally for process alignment. Vendor Management:
  • Lead negotiations with vendors.
  • Cultivate strong vendor relationships. Financial Reporting:
  • Monitor KPIs.
  • Assist in month end closing activities. Dispute Resolution:
  • Handle escalated payment disputes.
  • Investigate discrepancies. Compliance and Auditing:
  • Ensure adherence to policies and regulations.
  • Support financial audits. System Enhancements:
  • Participate in system upgrades.

  • A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field with at least 2 years experience or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts..
  • Practical experience in accounting or billing. Preferred Qualifications
  • Certifications such as the Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) or Certified Accounts Receivable Professional (CARP) can enhance your qualifications3. Skills:
  • Strong mathematical skills and proficiency in accounting software.
  • Attention to detail, strong problem solving, and analytical skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
