Job Summary

TYLin International is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support our Global HR team. This role will contribute to the effective delivery of HR services across the organization and play a key part in ensuring a positive employee experience.

As an HR Coordinator, you will provide front-line support to employees and assist in implementing strategic HR initiatives aimed at enhancing performance across our Centers of Excellence. The role is dynamic and may evolve to align with the changing needs of the business.

This position reports directly to an HR Business Partner and follows a night shift schedule from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM Manila time, on a remote work setup.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Support the operations of our onboarding program, including coordinating with new hires, scheduling, and coordinating cross-functionally to ensure a seamless transition from candidate to employee experience.
  • Maintain and update core HR Systems and internal processes for new hires, terminations, and internal changes, including compliance training.
  • Identify process gaps and inefficiencies and provide solutions to address.
  • Coordinate the roll-out of HR initiatives
  • Provide employees with support for HR questions and guide employees to appropriate resources.
  • Support the HR team with any special (ad hoc) projects/tasks.
  • Carry out any other related tasks aligned with your skills and the smooth running of the organization.

  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and prior experience working with Application Tracking Systems and Core HR systems.
