Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interview schedules.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials, collecting necessary documentation, and ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
Employee Records Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, job history, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of employee information.
Benefits Administration:
- Assist in administering employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Provide support to employees regarding benefits-related inquiries and issues.
Training and Development:
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and development programs for employees.
- Assist in identifying training needs and developing training materials.
Employee Relations:
- Support HR in handling employee relations issues, such as grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture through engagement initiatives and activities.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and submit necessary HR reports and documentation as required.
General HR Support:
- Assist in the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining HR databases.
