Key Responsibilities

- Ensure company policies and procedures adhere to relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contracts and compliance certifications.
- Conduct regular audits to verify alignment with internal and external compliance standards.
- Manage and monitor employee leave applications and entitlements, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Provide accurate leave reports and address employee queries regarding leave.
- Identify trends and propose improvements for leave management.
- Oversee the performance review cycle, including scheduling, communication, and data collation.
- Collaborate with team leaders to align evaluations with company goals and employee development.
- Analyse feedback to identify areas for process improvement.
- Support initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture, including employee engagement, recognition programs, and diversity efforts.
- Design and implement activities to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of culture projects.
- Assist in planning and executing strategic HR priorities aligned with company objectives.
- Support high-impact projects such as talent development, organisational design, and succession planning.
- Act as a liaison between HR leadership and other departments to ensure seamless delivery of initiatives.
- Strong understanding of employment policies, compliance practices, and HR standards.
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar HR role, with a focus on compliance, performance management, or culture projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Experience in project management or a related discipline is an advantage.
